Then playing the guard position I can use my strength to keep smaller defenders off of me to get to my spots on the court." 3.Being a standout player, how do you inspire and motivate your teammates to perform at their best, both on and off the court?Nijaun: "My ability to do what I do and how I carry myself helps motivate my teammates. On the court I think my scoring and energy on both ends of the floor helps my teammates get in the better mode of winning."&nbsp;4.What are your personal and team goals for this season, and how do you envision your basketball journey evolving in the coming years?Nijaun: "Us as a team our goal is 20 wins and a district championship but I want to make it all the way to Lakeland.
